Who to contact

FindYourAd is a pre-launch project for physical advertising spaces in Vaughan and Toronto, Ontario, operated by Zac Gollant. Contact the operator about privacy, access, corrections, complaints or withdrawal at findyourad@findyourad.help.

A mailing address has not yet been provided for this notice. FindYourAd is the project name, not a statement of incorporation.

What the waitlists collect

Your name, email and city are required to identify and manage your entry and assess local interest. Advertisers may also provide a business name, business type, budget range and preferred spaces. Space owners may provide a business or space name, space type, visitor range, earnings range and description. These additional details are optional.

We store a signup timestamp and, for new signups using this notice, the notice version and time you consented. Please do not include sensitive personal information, financial account information or information about other people.

Why and where details are used

The site stores submissions in Lovable Cloud. A copy of the signup details is sent through the managed email service to the operator’s mailbox at notify@findyourad.com to manage interest in the project. The operator can view and export the waitlists through a password-protected administration page when configured.

Joining is not consent to promotional emails. The current forms do not subscribe you to a marketing service or send you automated launch messages. Any future commercial email program needs a separate, appropriate consent process.

Website requests and third parties

Hosting, storage and email delivery services process information needed to serve the site and deliver notifications. Website requests can include an IP address, browser information and requested URL. The operator has not yet confirmed provider processing locations, retention periods or all hosting-level measurement settings; we do not promise Canada-only processing.

Instagram and TikTok are external links, not embedded feeds. Their services receive information when you choose to visit them and apply their own policies. See the cookie policy for the site’s current tracking review.

Retention and your choices

No automatic expiry is currently configured for waitlist entries. Copies may also exist in notification emails, exports and provider backups. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been confirmed by the operator.

To withdraw consent, request removal, ask for a copy or correct details, email findyourad@findyourad.help, preferably from the address used to join. The operator may need proportionate verification before releasing or changing information. Withdrawal stops future use for the withdrawn purpose, subject to applicable legal requirements; it does not reverse processing already completed.

Requests are handled by the operator, not an automated deletion tool. Retention decisions must cover the waitlist, email copies and exports, with any necessary exceptions explained when responding.

Changes and concerns

This notice describes the current waitlist, not future bookings or payments. Material new uses require an updated notice and appropriate consent. If a concern cannot be resolved with the operator, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
