FindYourAd

Terms and conditions

Updated October 30, 2026 · Current pre-launch waitlist

Current service

FindYourAd currently offers free advertiser and space-owner waitlists for a proposed physical ad-space marketplace in Vaughan and Toronto. Joining expresses interest only: it is not a booking, purchase, reservation, guaranteed early access, earnings promise or commitment to launch on a particular date.

FindYourAd is operated by Zac Gollant. The public contact is findyourad@findyourad.help. A mailing address has not yet been confirmed for these terms.

Submitting details

Provide accurate details that you are authorized to share. Do not submit another person’s information without their permission or use the forms for unlawful, abusive or automated spam submissions. Each email address can join each waitlist up to three times.

The privacy policy explains collection and withdrawal. Waitlist processing consent is not agreement to receive promotional emails.

Examples and future features

Space types and prices shown are illustrative examples, not available listings, quotations or guaranteed rates. Booking, owner approval, payments and photo confirmation describe the proposed service and are not currently available through this waitlist page. Availability, pricing and transaction conditions would need to be confirmed before any future purchase.

Physical advertisements

Under the proposed model, advertisers supply their own physical advertisements and arrange drop-off or shipping at their own expense through the future website or app. FindYourAd does not print or supply advertisements. Any future placement will need permission from the space owner and must meet applicable property, municipal signage, advertising and other legal requirements. Owner approval alone does not establish legal permission.

External links and accessibility

Social links lead to separate services with their own conditions. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need another way to register your interest, contact findyourad@findyourad.help.

Your rights and future changes

Nothing here is intended to limit rights that applicable law does not permit to be limited. These terms do not impose payment obligations, arbitration, broad liability waivers or future marketplace purchase terms. Any transaction service will need its own reviewed conditions before it becomes available.
